Adriana Cerezo Iglesias ( Alcalá de Henares , November 24, 2003) is a Spanish athlete who competes in taekwondo .

She participated in two Summer Olympics , obtaining a silver medal at Tokyo 2020 , in the –49 kg category , and ninth place at Paris 2024 , in the same category. 2 ​3

She won a bronze medal at the 2023 World Taekwondo Championships , three medals at the European Taekwondo Championships between 2021 and 2024 , and a gold medal at the 2023 European Games in Krakow .


He began practicing taekwondo at the age of four and later enrolled in the Hankuk Club in San Sebastián de los Reyes .

At the 2020 Tokyo Games, in the –49 kg category , she defeated Serbian Tijana Bogdanović in the round of 32 , Chinese Wu Jingyu in the round of 16 and Turkish Rukiye Yıldırım in the semifinals , and in the final she lost to Thailand's Panipak Wongpattanakit with a score of 11–10. 6 In Paris 2024 she lost in the quarterfinals against Iran's Mobina Nematzadeh and finished in ninth place. 7

At the 2023 European Games in Krakow she won the gold medal in the -49 kg event by winning the final against Turkey's Merve Dinçel . 4

She won two titles at the European Taekwondo Championships , in 2021 winning the final against Romanian Liana Musteață 8​ and in 2024 defeating Merve Dinçel in the final again. 9

He studied Criminology at the University of Alcalá . 10

Laura Martínez Abelenda

Spanish judoka Laura Martinez Abelenda finished fifth at the Paris Olympic Games. She claimed a silver medal at the World Junior Championships in Zagreb in 2017 and bronze at the 2018 Junior worlds in the Bahamas. She took a silver medal at the Junior European Championships in 2017. She took silver at the EYOF in Tbilisi in 2015. Laura took gold at the Grand Slam in Baku in 2019. She took bronze at the Grand Slam in Brasilia in 2019. Laura took silver at the Grand Prix in Linz and GS Astana in 2023 and bronze in Zagreb. She bagged a bronze medal at the Grand Slam in Paris in 2024.






Teresa Perales is a Spanish swimmer and one of the most successful Paralympic athletes in the world. Born on December 9, 1975, in Zaragoza, Spain, she lost the use of her legs due to a spinal cord disease when she was 19 years old. Blanca Fernández Ochoa (born on May 22, 1963, in Madrid, Spain) was a Spanish alpine skier, widely known for her achievements in international competitions. She made history by becoming the first Spanish woman to win an Olympic medal in alpine skiing at the 1992 Winter Olympics in Albertville, where she won a bronze in the slalom event.

Throughout her career, Blanca participated in multiple World Cup races, earning numerous top-ten finishes. She became one of Spain's most prominent winter sports athletes and a trailblazer for women in the sport.
